Larry and I are just returning from our 3.3 mile walk to Seven Peaks and back and we're almost home when I start to smell the Provo Bakery about two blocks away. Today I declared, " Damn that Provo Bakery" and Larry laughed and said, "I better remember to bring my wallet tomorrow." However I don't really want a donut at 6:40 AM and Larry really shouldn't eat sweets, with his diabetes and all.
Today I can't get that damn Provo Bakery out of my mind.
Will I stop and indulge on my way to work or will I wait until tomorrow morning hoping that Larry will remember his wallet. Only time will tell.
I now want a donut and I, too, will think about it all day.
The real question is: Can you "damn" a bakery? Can a bakery be "damned"? What happens when you are "damned"? Are you trying to send the bakery to hell? Cause then, what would happen to all those delicious donuts, and that amazing piece of architecture they call the Provo Bakery?
Mmmm, I love Donuts. Now my life won't be complete without one.
Damn that Provo Bakery!
you could always buy a few and send them to me instead! the krispy kreme by my house actually closed! can you believe such a tragedy?!
You are so funny!
I didn't stop yesterday and Larry forgot his wallet today. I'm eating a donut right now. Gotta satisfy those cravings. That is a true IE principle.
Eclairs from the Provo Bakery are Heavenly! That's another thing I miss about Provo.
Hmmmm- I think the last time I commented on your blog it was also about food (ice-cream from the BYU Dairy). Intuitive Eating is calling my name. . . or maybe Weight Watchers!
