I am so glad you are posting these again. You look fantastic!
I'm going to like this new season with all your healthy recipes. Thanks for sharing. (So was what you made in this episode all one meal?)
Alright Katy - part of my new year's resolution is to come out of the blog stalking closet - we have a couple of friends in common (Kathryn Knudsen) and for some reason I started following your blog. Well, I don't regret it. You have inspired me and I've been sugar and flour free for almost a month. Yowser! I need more tips and suggestions. And although it seems like you have plenty of friends - if you want one more - I'd love it.
You are the woman!!! I had no idea you were the super star of your own show. I'm off to try the beans. Thanks so much for sharing. Your "she eats almost the same thing everyday" friend, Nannette. Love you!!!
Where do you get the salt? And what kind of sweetener do you use? Sorry if you said these on the video, my 3 year old kept turning the sound off. Your food looks so good! I am really looking forward to more "healthy" dishes!!! I love your "show".
I just want to say I think you are awesome and have such a wonderful sense of humor and personality!I found you from c jane forever ago and love checking in every now and then. You do a great job! This meal looked so tasty, healthy and easy! Can't wait to see your next episodes!
You look fantastic! Good for you! Do you have suggestions for recipes to give you a "sweet" flavor without using artificial sweeteners? I am a nursing Mom, so I try to avoid them, but I know I need to cut back on sugar. Sigh.
GREAT ideas...I'll be making these at my house. Love the salsa mixed w/ranch idea!! MMMMM!
katy, you look awesome! i'm so impressed by your will power! i am trying to muster some of my own since having my 3rd baby! i look forward to seeing more of your healthy meals! love to you!!
