Today I had this for lunch. I made this entree up when I was a missionary in San Antonio.
It is best with this sauce - I have it shipped from the big ugly state.

I'm so glad that I was one of the first to have the Winnie con queso!!!!! I have to say even though it's pretty stinkin good! And I totally miss Rudy's. We had some good times there!
That totally looks gross. But I bet it's tasty.
So Central Market had samples of Texas bbq sauces and I'm sorry to say that Rudy's isn't the best. If I ever make it back to the store and remember what sauce it was I'll ship some to ya! But that concoction looks delicious and it's doable for me. Yahoo

That is pretty gross.. i like grilled chicken with Rudy's and cheese..yummy!
We have a Rudy's just down the way from us. One of the great things about El Paso.
