So, I really love these cooking for one segments. And I really love this blog. But I don't know you. But last week I was at the Bean Museum and I accidentally went down in the elevator instead of up and I didn't notice until I was walking around and around in the basement trying to figure out where in the crap I was and I saw your name on a door and I gasped and really wanted to knock on the door. What I was going to say, I don't know. But you probably weren't there anyway. You were probably home cooking, for one. Do you even work at the Bean or is there another Katy Knight in the world? If there is you should start cooking for 2 and invite her over.
